1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any enquiry, quotation request or application you send through it. The website is operated by NAMproff Group, the trading identity of Garden Town Cleaning Services CC, registration number CC/2013/11733, a close corporation registered in the Republic of Namibia in 2013. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site and contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email instead.

2. Quotations and service agreements

Nothing on this website is a price list, an offer or a binding estimate. Rates for cleaning, construction, security, accommodation and truck rental are provided per job, in writing, after we have understood what you need. A quotation is only valid for the period stated on that quotation. A service agreement (or booking) comes into existence only when both parties confirm it, not when a form is submitted on this site.

Form submissions, WhatsApp messages and emails are requests, not confirmed bookings. Our teams confirm scope, dates and rates with you directly before any work is scheduled.

3. Accuracy of website content

We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but service descriptions are summaries, not contractual promises. Where content is marked as a draft or placeholder, it has not yet been confirmed by the group and should not be relied on. If anything on this site conflicts with your written quotation or service agreement, the quotation or agreement always takes precedence.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to breach its security, scrape it in a way that degrades its performance, or submit false or misleading information through its forms. We may suspend access to the site for maintenance or security reasons at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The NAMproff Group name, the group logo, the six company logos and the design of this website belong to Garden Town Cleaning Services CC and its group companies. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Text on this site may be quoted briefly with a link back to the relevant page.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Namibian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Your rights under a confirmed service agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this page.

7. Privacy

How we handle the personal details you submit through this site is described in our privacy policy. In short: form details are used to reply to your request, and nothing beyond your cookie-notice choice is stored in your browser by this site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be dealt with by the competent Namibian courts.
