Who is responsible
This website is operated by Garden Town Cleaning Services CC (trading as NAMproff Group), Reg. No. CC/2013/11733, a close corporation registered in the Republic of Namibia in 2013. Questions about this policy can go to email@namproff.com or +264 81 299 2559.
What we collect
When you send the contact form or the KK Accommodation application, the details you type (name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and your message) are used for one purpose: to reply to your request and prepare the quotation or application response you asked for. Submitting a form is always your choice; you can instead call or WhatsApp us on +264 81 299 2559.
This site does not run advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is the choice you make on the cookie notice, so we do not have to ask you twice. Form submissions are also protected by a hidden anti-spam field that humans never fill in.
Who sees your details
Form submissions go to the group team (and, where relevant, to the specific company you asked about) so they can reply to you. When email delivery is active, messages are sent through a transactional email provider that processes them purely to deliver the mail. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the reasonable period afterwards that lets us reference past quotes and applications. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time using the contact details above.
Your rights and the law
You may ask what details we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. This policy will be updated as Namibia's data protection framework is finalised, and before the live launch the group will confirm exactly how form submissions are stored and handled, including retention periods and the processors involved.
